       Term & Condition
  • In order to have a please and pleasant shopping experience, we would encourage you to go through our list of T&C before purchasing with us.
  • Once payment had been made and confirmation you are complying 100% with the above terms & conditions. 
  • We will not hesitate to report any cases of fraud payment hence do keep the receipt as reference when necessary if you are doing ATM transfer.
  • LateNightChic will have the right to reject any order at our own discretion.

Products
  • All item listed in the website are all brand new, otherwise stated
  • All size and measurements stated on website are also of the best approximated
  • Images of the products published on the website are also displayed as accurately as possible.  Colours may differ on various monitor screens, we cannot guarantee the item you received will be 100% of what you have expected
Price
  • All price are in SGD, otherwise stated.
  • Price are non-negotiable.
Payment
  • All invoices will be issue to you 24 hrs after order form is sent in.
  • Payment must be at least within the 24hrs after receiving your invoice .
  • We accept ibank/ATM transfer to our POSB saving account (20-47844-7). Interbank transfer is also accepted but 3 working days is required for verification.
  • For ATM transfer, please email (latenightchicc@gmail.com) us a snapshot of your receipt. 

Delivery
  • LateNightChic will not be held responsibilities for any lost parcels or damaged mailed out item should customer opt for normal postage. Please note that we are unable to do anything regarding lost parcels. Registered mail is highly favourable.
  • Orders will take 1-2 to arrive after payment is made to supplier.
  • Self Collection is only available at Jurong East Interchange and Tiong Baruh MRT station. LateNightChic will email you after product have arrive to liaise date and time of collection. All other request will be considered.
  • In the event that items exceed the maximum weight per parcel (as quoted by SingPost), the customer will be required to do the necessary top ups.

Exchange and refund
  • Cases of Out-Of-Stock, will receive a full refund.
  • All recommendation given by us are just for reference,hence,we will not accept any disputes regarding getting the wrong sizes base on the recommendation we given.
  • LateNightChic only does refunds or exchanges for any defective items if it is being mailed to us within 5 working days after we have mailed out the item
  • All Item must be return in brand new condition,
  • It is customer responsibility to ensure that item is securely package with returned address provide on parcel.
  • Cost of the return postage will be bear by the customer. After which, item will be posted back to buyer by its original method of postage will be provide by LateNightChic.
